Job Description
We are hiring IFP Assembly & Service Technicians at GN Mills, Coimbatore.
Openings: 10 positions
Age limit: Up to 40 years
Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job responsibilities:
• Assembly and testing of Interactive Flat Panels (IFP)
• Assembly of display units, power boards, motherboards, stands and accessories
• Installation and servicing of conference cameras, speakers and microphones
• Assembly, installation and maintenance of digital signage solutions
• Product installation, commissioning and troubleshooting at customer sites
• Field service, preventive maintenance and technical support activities
Travel & allowances:
• This role involves frequent travel across India for installation and service activities
• Travel expenses, accommodation and food expenses during official work-related travel will be provided by the company as per company policy
• Monthly accommodation and daily food expenses at the base location will not be provided by the company
Weekly off:
• All Sundays holiday
• Third Saturday of every month holiday

Requirements
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / any technical qualification preferred
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Skills required:
• Basic electrical & electronics knowledge
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions
• Troubleshooting & service skills
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Good communication and teamwork
• Willingness to travel across India
Physical requirements:
• Ability to handle and install IFP panels as part of a two-person team
• Panels may weigh up to 70 kg and are lifted by two technicians following safe handling procedures
• Physically fit for field service work, installation activities and travel
Preferred industry background:
• Mobile phone service & repair
• TV / LED / LCD service & repair
• Consumer electronics service
• CCTV installation & service
• Computer & laptop service
• Networking & telecom field service
• Audio-visual equipment installation

Benefits & Perks
Monthly salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000
Salary revision after 1 year based on performance
